OUR PHILOSOPHY
Terroir – The soil, the sun, the rain, the breeze and the hands that nurture each tree.
At Barú Black Mountain, we practice sustainable, hands-on farming, combining traditional knowledge with modern techniques. We harvest selectively, process with intention, and constantly experiment to elevate quality without compromising the environment.
OUR PEOPLE
Behind every cup
— from farmers and pickers to roasters and tasters — all committed to excellence. Our estate is a community, and every member plays a vital role in bringing our vision to life.
